As per the decision of JOSHIPUR RURAL MUNICIPALITY, Office of the Rural Municipal Executive, dated 2082/07/17, it is necessary to fill the following posts on service contract. Therefore, this notice has been published to request eligible and interested Nepali citizens to submit applications within the prescribed time in accordance with the Joshipur Rural Municipality Service Contract Employee Management Procedure, 2080.

1. Required Documents to be Submitted with Application
Along with the application for the relevant post as mentioned above, the following documents must be submitted:

Copy of academic qualification certificates

Copy of citizenship certificate

Copy of work experience certificates, if any

Two copies of passport-size photograph
All copies submitted must be self-attested by the candidate on the back.
2. Academic Qualifications
Public Health Officer:
At least a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health and registration with the concerned council.
Pharmacy Assistant:
Proficiency Certificate Level or equivalent in Pharmacy from a recognized educational institution and registration with the concerned council.
Ayurveda Assistant (Vaidya):
At least AAHW or equivalent passed in Ayurveda subject from a recognized educational institution and registration with the concerned council.
Lab Assistant:
Lab Assistant course or equivalent passed from a recognized educational institution and registration with the concerned council.
Ambulance Driver:

At least SLC/SEE or equivalent passed from a recognized educational institution

Valid driving licence obtained in due process

Ambulance driver training received as prescribed by the National Health Training Centre

Minimum five years of work experience as a driver
-
No punishment for a criminal offence involving moral turpitude

No habit of smoking or drinking alcohol
-
No problems in eyes, hands or legs (must be certified by a recognized hospital)

No chronic diseases such as cancer, diabetes, heart or lung diseases (must be certified by a recognized hospital)
3. Age

For Public Health Officer, Pharmacy Assistant, Ayurveda Assistant (Vaidya), and Lab Assistant: must have completed 21 years of age and not exceeded 45 years.

For Ambulance Driver: must have completed 25 years of age.
4. Application Fee

For Public Health Officer: Rs. 1,000

For Assistant level posts: Rs. 700

For other posts: Rs. 500
The application fee must be deposited in the internal revenue account of Joshipur Rural Municipality at NIC ASIA Bank, Joshipur Branch, account no. 123CA53498781003, and the original voucher must be submitted.

Service facilities shall be as determined by the Executive of Joshipur Rural Municipality.

7. Selection Process

For Public Health Officer, Pharmacy Assistant, Ayurveda Assistant (Vaidya), and Lab Assistant: written examination and interview.

For Ambulance Driver: written examination, practical test and interview.
