Applications Invited for Administrator Post at Karmachari Sanchaya Kosh
The “Selection and Recommendation Committee for the Administrator of Karmachari Sanchaya Kosh,” under the Government of Nepal, Ministry of Finance, has invited applications for the vacant post of Administrator at Karmachari Sanchaya Kosh. Eligible and interested Nepali citizens may apply for this post, which will be filled through an open competitive process.
The committee published the notice for the first time on 2083/03/08, informing applicants to submit their applications within 15 days from that date, that is, by 2083/03/22 within office hours. Applicants must submit confidential sealed applications to the Financial Sector Management and Corporation Coordination Division, Ministry of Finance, Singha Durbar, Kathmandu.
Eligibility and Experience
As mentioned in the notice, candidates must have the following qualifications and experience:

Must have the qualification and experience as per Section 6A of the Karmachari Sanchaya Kosh Act, 2019.

Must not be disqualified as per Section 4 of the Standards Relating to Appointment and Nomination of Office Bearers and Members of Public Bodies Associated with the Ministry of Finance, 2073.
Application Submission Process
Applicants must self-attest and submit the documents, details, and self-declaration as per Section 3 of the “Procedure Relating to Selection and Recommendation of the Administrator of Karmachari Sanchaya Kosh, 2083,” published on the Ministry of Finance website, www.mof.gov.np.
The application must include copies of educational qualifications, experience documents, Nepali citizenship certificate, personal details, and two passport-size photographs.
In addition, a sealed professional work plan, prepared in not more than 5,000 words as per Section 5 of the above-mentioned procedure, must be submitted.
The outside of the envelope containing the sealed proposal must clearly mention: “Application and Professional Work Plan for the Administrator of Karmachari Sanchaya Kosh.”
Fee and Other Conditions
Application fee: Rs. 5,000/- (five thousand only) has been prescribed. The original voucher must be submitted after depositing the amount in the Ministry of Finance account at Rastriya Banijya Bank, Singha Durbar Branch, Office Code No. 3050035201, Revenue Account No. 1000100200010000, and Revenue Heading 14224.
Presentation: Candidates shortlisted for selection must present the professional work plan they have submitted on the prescribed date and time.
Remuneration: The Administrator will be provided monthly remuneration and other facilities based on the terms mentioned in the contract.

The Selection and Recommendation Committee reserves the right to cancel any application received, with or without stating any reason.
The notice warns that if false details or documents are submitted, the application will be cancelled and action will be taken as per prevailing law.
