The eligible and interested candidates may apply by downloading the application blank available at https://hrd.ku.edu.np from 25 August 2025. The applicant must submit the completed application form along with the documents and a voucher of Rs. 500 as the application fee to the Central Office, Kathmandu University, Dhulikhel.
Other applicable fees for participation in the selection process shall be as specified and are payable on or before collecting the candidature confirmation card.
The last date for submission of the completed application is 14 September 2025 by 4:00 PM.
The University will inform the shortlisted candidates for participation in the next stage of the selection process. It will not entertain the applications and documents submitted after the deadline.
