Educational Qualifications and Experience
Medical Lab Technologist:
Bachelor's degree in Medical Lab Technology from a recognized institution and registration with the concerned professional council.
Veterinarian:
At least a bachelor’s degree (B.V.Sc & A.H/B.V.Sc or equivalent) in Veterinary Science from a recognized university or institution.
Psychosocial Counselor:
Bachelor's degree in Health Assistant, Staff Nurse, Public Health, Nursing, Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, or Health Education from a recognized institution, or a Postgraduate Diploma in Counseling, or completion of a 6-month training in Psychosocial Counseling from the National Health Training Center (NHTC), including listing in the NHTC’s training database. Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email/Internet) and related experience preferred.
Enterprise Development Facilitator:
Completion of a diploma course in Enterprise Development Facilitation or Level 2/3 skills test certification, or TSLC in Enterprise Development Facilitation from a CTEVT-recognized institution.
Note: Only certificates issued by the deadline will be considered valid. Equivalence certificates must be submitted for foreign qualifications.
Curriculum

Medical Lab Technologist (Officer Level, Seventh): Based on Province Public Service Commission (Koshi Province) curriculum for Health Service, Medical Lab Technology Group, for Officer Level Seventh, including both Paper I and Paper II (Total: 100 marks)

Veterinarian (Officer Level, Sixth): Based on the curriculum for Veterinary Group, Agriculture Service, under Provincial Civil and Local Government Services, including Paper I and Paper II (Total: 100 marks)

Psychosocial Counselor (Assistant Level, Fifth): Will be published on the official website of Kerabari Rural Municipality

Enterprise Development Facilitator (Assistant Level, Fourth): As per the syllabus issued by CTEVT, Sanothimi—100 marks (Multiple Choice and Subjective)
Age Limit

For Officer Sixth Level: 21–35 years (up to 40 years for women)
