PSC Notice on Applications for Saha Sachiv and Upa Sachiv
The Public Service Commission, Kamalpokhari, Kathmandu, informs all concerned that the processes related to the collection of applications and associated procedures for promotion, internal competition, and open/inclusive advertisements for the posts of Saha Sachiv (Deputy Secretary) and Upa Sachiv (Under Secretary) or equivalent have been resumed.
For the posts of: Nepal Administration Service, Gazette First Class (Non-Technical), Saha Sachiv or equivalent, and
Administration Service, Accounts Group, Gazette Second Class (Non-Technical), Upa Sachiv or equivalent, an earlier notice was published stating that, in compliance with the short-term interim orders of the Honorable High Court Patan (Writ No. 082-WO-0580 and 082-WO-0591 for Saha Sachiv or equivalent, and Writ No. 082-WO-0594 for Upa Sachiv or equivalent), all related promotion notices and advertisements, including the collection of applications, would be kept in abeyance and maintained as status quo until further notice.
Subsequently, as per the order of the Honorable Court dated 2082/7/24, the short-term interim orders were not continued. In implementation of this order, the Commission, through its decision dated 2082/7/25, has resolved to resume all activities related to promotion and open/inclusive advertisements connected with the above-mentioned orders.
Accordingly, this notice is published for the information of all concerned.
