Public Service Commission, Information and Publications Branch: A new promotion notice of the post number revision and new advertisement notice (notice No. 357 / 078-79) published on 2078-7-17 and the following promotion notice published in the open advertisement section have been published for the information of all concerned.
Gazetted First and Second Class (Technical / Non-Technical) and Eleventh and Ninth Level posts of Health Services for filling vacancies. The following promotion notice has been added to the notice. Eligible candidates are invited to apply by 2078-7-30 subject to the above mentioned conditions.
Topics to be considered by the candidates while applying:
- Must be disqualified for promotion as per Article 22 of the Civil Service Act, 2049.
- When filling the application form, you must mention the code number you got from the public library.
- In order to determine the equivalence of the equivalent, a certified copy of the equivalent assessment must be submitted.
The details mentioned in all the palaces of the application form should be clearly disclosed. - According to the Employees Adjustment Act, 2075, the employees who have been adjusted at Federal, Province and local level have been adjusted as per sub-section 4 of section 14 of the same act.
- One of the pre-existing service / groups / sub-groups may be a potential candidate for promotion to the above post.
- Must be a potential candidate for promotion as per Article 21 of the Civil Service Act, 2049. Assessment of performance as per Sections 24A, 24B, 24C and 24D of Civil Service Act, 2049, seniority, working experience in geographical area, evaluation of educational qualification and training will be calculated as per Article 24 of Civil Service Act, 2049. Candidates from Women, Adivasi / Janajati, Madhesi, Dalit, Disabled and Backward Classes shall be in accordance with Sub-section (2) of Section 21 of the Civil Service Act, 2049 BS. If the service is in accordance with Rule 123 of the Civil Service Rules, 2050, it should be certified.
- Candidates should download from the Public Service Commission's website www.psc.gov.np. Candidates should fill one copy of the application form clearly and submit it to the Commission Management Offices in case of Kathmandu Valley, Anamnagar and outside Kathmandu Valley by 2078-09-16. No action will be taken on the application received for expiration.
- The application fee is Rs. 1,200 (one thousand two hundred) will have to be submitted.
- Other conditions of the application will be as mentioned in the relevant notice published on 2078/6/27.
