Special Information Related to the Advertisement
For the inclusive-side advertisement No. 778/079-80 mentioned above, candidates had previously applied and their applications had been accepted. Since the Federal Civil Service Act to be issued in accordance with the constitutional provisions will also determine arrangements regarding inclusive groups, this advertisement notice has, for the time being, been published pursuant to the Civil Service Act, 2049.
Examination Type
The examination shall be conducted as prescribed in the syllabus: written examination (first and second phase), computer skill test, and interview.
Examination Centres
For the first and second phases, the examination centres shall be the Commission offices related to the advertisements: Dhankuta, Ilam, Khotang, Jaleshwar, Kathmandu, Hetauda, Pokhara, Baglung, Butwal, Dang, Surkhet, Jumla, Dipayal, and Mahendranagar.
However, for candidates applying under the advertisement numbers mentioned at the end of this notice, the first phase written examination conducted by the Khotang and Baglung offices shall be held at Diktel and Baglung respectively.
In addition, the examination centre for examinations conducted by the Hetauda Office shall be Bhimphedi, Makwanpur, and the examination centre for examinations conducted by the Jaleshwar Office shall be Malangwa, Sarlahi.
For examinations conducted by the Jumla Office, examination centres shall also be located at the district headquarters of Dolpa and Humla.
Application Fee
An application fee of Rs. 300 shall be paid for each advertisement.
For candidates applying for additional inclusive groups, an additional fee of Rs. 150 per group shall be paid for each extra group.
When applying under both open and inclusive advertisements, if the number of applications is more than one, the prescribed fee shall be paid for the group with the highest number of requested posts, and an additional fee shall be paid for each subsequent group.
Application Deadline
The deadline for application submission is March 30, 2026 (2082/12/17 BS), and up to April 6, 2026 (2082/12/24 BS) with double fee.
Method and Place for Fee Payment
After the application form is approved through the Commission’s online application system, the fee may be paid at the branch of the designated bank on the basis of the bank voucher made available there.
Age Limit of Candidates
By March 30, 2026 (2082/12/17 BS), candidates must have completed 18 years of age and must not have exceeded 35 years of age. In the case of women and candidates with disabilities, the age must not exceed 40 years.
The age limit shall not apply to employees serving in permanent posts of the Civil Service. The age limit shall also not apply to employees serving in the Federal Parliament Service.
Required Minimum Qualifications
For Internal Competition, Open, and Inclusive
Pursuant to Section 10(1)(c) of the Civil Service Act, 2049 and Section 10 of the Federal Parliament Service Act, 2058, candidates must have obtained the following minimum qualifications in order to apply through the Commission’s online application system:

For the Judicial Service, Judicial and Government Attorney Groups, the Administration Service, Administration Group, and the Federal Parliament Service, General Administration Group: SLC or equivalent passed from a recognized educational institution.

For the Administration Service, Accounts Group: SLC or equivalent passed from a recognized educational institution with Mathematics or Optional Accountancy as a subject.
Note: For candidates who passed SLC or equivalent after the grading system came into effect, a GPA of 2 or above shall be regarded as meeting the minimum qualification.
Special Notice for Internal Competition
(a) Only those employees who have obtained the minimum educational qualification required for the relevant service, group, and grade, and who are eligible to be potential candidates pursuant to Section 24gh1 of the Civil Service Act, 2049 or Section 31(1) of the Federal Parliament Service Act, 2058, may apply.
(b) Employees serving in Gazette Third Class posts or in higher grades shall not be eligible to apply under this advertisement.
Notice for Inclusive Advertisement and Additional Documents to Be Submitted by Inclusive Applicants
Candidates applying under the notice for Internal Competition, Open, and Inclusive Competition must submit the following documents:
Adivasi/Janajati
In the case of castes listed by the Government of Nepal, a copy of the certificate authenticated by the Chief District Officer on the recommendation of the relevant local level.
Madhesi
A copy of the certificate certifying the candidate as Madhesi from the institution specified by the Government of Nepal through notification in the Nepal Gazette. However, until such institution is specified through notification in the Nepal Gazette, a copy of the certificate certifying the candidate as Madhesi by the Chief District Officer on the recommendation of the relevant local level.
Dalit
In the case of castes listed by the National Dalit Commission, on the basis of the same list. However, if there are more than one surnames within a caste listed by the National Dalit Commission, a copy of the certificate certified by the Chief District Officer on the recommendation of the relevant local level stating that the surname falls within the listed caste.
Persons with Disabilities
A copy of the disability identity card issued by the Social Welfare Council or a copy of the certificate certifying the candidate as a person with disability by the Chief District Officer on the recommendation of the relevant local level.
Backward Area
A copy of the certificate recommended by the Chief District Officer on the recommendation of the relevant local level certifying that the applicant has permanent residence in, and at the time of application is residing in, the 8 districts mentioned in Explanation Clause (8) of Sub-section (3) of Section 7 of the Civil Service Act, 2049 and Explanation Clause (6) of Sub-section (3) of Section 8 of the Federal Parliament Service Act, 2058, namely Achham, Kalikot, Jajarkot, Jumla, Dolpa, Bajhang, Bajura, Mugu, and Humla.
Notes
(a) For the purpose of submitting an online application, the candidate must scan and upload in the profile the details required in the application form for the relevant advertisement.
(b) Since the mobile number and email address mentioned by the candidate in the application form will be used to communicate information regarding the application form and the examination, correct details must be entered.
(c) Only after the application is approved will the candidate be able to select the examination centre.
(d) Candidates applying under the inclusive category must clearly state the inclusive group to which they belong at the time of application.
(e) The prescribed minimum educational qualification must have been obtained by the last date of application submission. In the case of candidates who obtained educational qualifications from foreign educational institutions, a certificate of equivalency determined by the concerned authority must be submitted compulsorily.
(f) No action shall be taken on applications received after the deadline.
(g) If false details are submitted in the application or incorrect information is provided, the candidate shall be personally responsible.
(h) The application shall not be approved if the prescribed application fee determined by the Commission has not been paid.
