Internal Competition of the first and second grade (non-technical / technical) and 11th and 9th level posts in the Gazette, advertisement information for the open and inclusive competitive written examination. 151/076/77 Candidates with qualifications as per the following are requested to be admitted through competitive, open and inclusive competitive examination in the following services, groups, sub-groups and category/level posts from Civil Service, Legislative Parliament Service and Health Service. Application Duty: The application fee for the first-class and eleventh level is Rs. 1500 / - (One thousand five hundred) and then there will be an additional Rs. 600 / - (six hundred) additional customs will have to be submitted.

Candidate Age Limit: 21 years of age not exceeding 45 years by 2076/07/19.

Required Minimum Qualification
For Internal Competition
A) Civil Service:
Completed 5 years permanent service term in the post of Second Class of the service related to the promotion of civil service for the gazetted first class and completed 5 years permanent service period in the rank of gazetted third class for the gazetted second class. According to sub-section (14a) of section 7 of the Civil Service Act, 2049, the terms and conditions of service specified in the posts promoted by the Internal Competitive Examination of the Gazetted Second Class shall comply with the Civil Service Act, 2049, Legislative Parliament Secretariat Act, 2064 and Nepal Health. All employees employed in the service pursuant to the Service Act, 2053 will be a potential candidate. But in the case of women, indigenous / Janajarthi, Madhesi, Dalit, disabled and civilian residents living in the backward areas, in the case of civil servants, the service period may be less than 1 year. As per the provisions of the Nepal Health Service Act, 2053, in favor of the employees employed in the Nepal Health Service.
Gazetted tertiary rank of the service related to the advertised post having the specified educational qualification for admission to the service.
B) Health Services:
Must have attained the minimum qualification mentioned in Schedule-6 of Nepal Health Service Rules, 2055 and have gained five years in respect of ninth level in the relevant level and seven years in the eleventh level. But in the case of a person who has attained the degree of scholarship, the experience period will be less than two years. Must be disqualified as per Article 12 of the Nepal Health Services Act, 2053. Applicants must have already registered/renewed their services, group related councils.
For Open Competition:
A) Civil Services
Graduate degree in related subjects and five years in the rank of Gazetted Second Class in the official level of the organization or international association, institution registered under any government service or prevailing law, and seven years in the Gazetted first-class position. However, in the case of a person who has attained the degree of scholarship, the experience period will be less than two years.
B) Health Services:
Must be an employee of the Health Service who has the minimum qualification specified in Schedule 7 of the Nepal Health Service Rules, 2055, fulfilling the service period as per Article 26 of the Nepal Health Service Act, 2053. Must be disqualified as per Article 12 of the Nepal Health Services Act, 2053. Applicant candidates must have been registered/renewed in the Council on their service, group.
The minimum educational qualification required for each and every term of the civil service is open and inclusive.
Qualifications required for Gazetted First Class, Co-Secretary or similar posts:
1. Nepal Administration: Post Graduate Degree in Arts, Sanskrit, Management, Commerce, Business, Administration, Education, Law or Science from a recognized educational institution.
2. 3. Nepal Engineering Services, Civil Group, Sanitary Subgroup: At least a Masters Degree in Civil Engineering or Sanitary Engineering or Public Health Engineering from a recognized educational institution.
4. Nepal Engineering Services, Civil Group, Building and Architect Subgroup: At least a Masters Degree in Architectural or Civil or Building Structural or Town Planning by Structural or Quantity Surveyor Urban Planning from a recognized educational institution.
5. Nepal Engineering Services, Geology Group, General Geology Subgroup: Geology or Applied Geology or Engineering from a recognized educational institution MSc in Geology or Hydro Geology or Geochemistry or Geological Engineering or Geophysics, or equivalent.
6. Nepal Engineering Services, Ag. Irrigation Engineering Group: From a recognized educational institution, Ag.
