As civil service and national human rights service open and inclusive posts in the following services, groups, sub-groups and categories have to be filled through competitive examination; Applications are invited from candidates who meet the qualifications as per below. Candidates who meet the specified minimum qualifications should apply through the commission's online application system psconline1.psc.gov.np.
Notice of promotion based on seniority and performance evaluation of civil service gazetted third Class (non-technical) and National Human Rights Service official third posts
For the following positions to be filled by promotion based on seniority and performance evaluation, in accordance with Section 24 D 1 A of the Civil Service Act, 2049 (Fourth Amendment) and Section 4 of Section 14 of the Staff Adjustment Act, 2075 and in the case of the National Human Rights Service, the employees of the National Human Rights Commission According to rules 31 and 32 of the Service, Conditions and Facilities Regulations, 2072 (including the 6th Amendment), prospective candidates are informed to submit their application by the opening date 2079-10-3 in the application form prescribed by the Public Service Commission.
The application form can be downloaded from the Public Service Commission website www.psc.gov.np. The concerned candidate should submit one copy of the application form clearly filled in the application form in the case of Kathmandu Valley, in the case of Kathmandu Valley, at the Commission Offices in Anamnagar and outside Kathmandu Valley, and at the Secretariat of the Promotion Committee of the National Human Rights Commission for the National Human Rights Service. Matters to be considered by the candidates while applying
(a) According to section 21 of the Civil Service Act, 2049, candidates for promotion must have completed the minimum service period and have attained educational qualifications.
(b) Should not be ineligible for promotion as per section 22 of the Civil Service Act, 2049.
(c) Qualified as per Rule 76 or Rule 88 of Civil Service Rules, 2050.
(d) While filling the application form, the reference number obtained by you from the civil library must be mentioned compulsorily.
(e) In the case of educational qualifications for which equivalence has to be determined, a certified copy of the equivalence determination must be submitted compulsorily.
(f) One month or more in matters related to the service, group or sub-group in a post one grade below the post to be promoted on application.
A copy of the certificate of in-service training should be submitted.
(G) The details as mentioned in all sections of the application form should be clearly disclosed.
(h) Application fee Rs. 1,200.- (one thousand two hundred) will have to be submitted.
