Madhesh Pradesh Lok Sewa Aayog Vacancy for 9th Level Officers: Province Public Service Commission, Madhesh Province, Janakpurdham, Administration Branch: Advertisement of Open/Inclusive Competitive Written Examination for Madhesh Province Civil Service Officer Ninth Level (Non-Technical/Technical) Posts

Due to the need to fill the vacant positions of the following services, groups, sub-groups, and levels of the Madhesh Pradesh Civil Service; As the posts for promotion are reserved for the time being and the remaining posts are to be filled through open, inclusive and inter-service competitive examination; Applications are invited from candidates who meet the qualifications as per below. Candidates who meet the specified minimum qualifications should apply through the commission's online application system www.ppsc.p2.gov.np.

Type of Examination:- Written, Practical and Interview.

Exam date:- Will be published later.

Examination Center:- Janakpurdham.

Application fee:- For the ninth level Rs. 1,200 (One Thousand Two Hundred) will have to be paid and after that Rs. 500 (five hundred) additional fee will have to be paid.

Last date for submission of the application:- 2079-7-16 and double payment till 2079-7-23

  • Candidate's age limit:- 21 years of age till 2079-7-16 and not exceeding 35 years for male candidates and not exceeding 40 years for female candidates.
  • Not exceeding 40 years in the case of engineering services, agricultural services, forest services and health services.
  • There is no age limit in the case of existing permanent civil servants.

Method and place of submission of application fee:- Province Public Service Commission, Madhesh Province, Janakpurdham Office Code: 2100117012 and Revenue Title No.: 14224 (examination fee) Rakhi National Commercial Bank Limited, Account No.: 10010020010000 or Nepal Bank Limited, Account No. : 27102000001001000001 in one of the banks available to you, the candidate has to scan the master ID written on the bank voucher submitted in his name and upload it to the designated place while filling out the online application.

Documents to be uploaded:- Candidates should upload educational qualifications, training, experience (in the form specified by the commission), business permit certificate, inclusive group opening the document and other documents specified in the relevant advertisement in the designated place of the online application system in PDF format. All candidates have to scan the front part of their citizenship certificate and upload it in JPEG format. The candidate should be fully responsible for the details mentioned in the application.

Pre-Interview Exam Schedule and Date of Interview:- The result of the written exam will be announced when it is published.

Details of work to be done in the post:- Service, group related

Salary:- According to the law of Madhesh province.

Service-related Ministry:- The relevant ministry assigned to conduct the administration of services, groups, and sub-groups.

Minimum qualification and minimum educational qualification required for state civil service open and inclusive:

1) Minimum Qualification Required

A) Towards services other than health services:

Must have obtained master's degree in the relevant subject and have acquired five years of experience in official level position of any government service or organized organization or international association, organization registered according to prevailing law. But in the case of a person who has obtained a bachelor's degree, the experience period will be reduced by two years.

b) Towards health services:

Must have obtained the minimum qualifications mentioned in Schedule-6 of Nepal Health Service Regulations, 2055 and must have obtained five years of experience at the authorized level of the relevant field. But in the case of a person who has obtained a bachelor's degree, the experience period will be reduced by two years. According to Section 12 of the Nepal Health Service Act, 2053, they should not be disqualified. Applicants must be registered/renewed in their service, group related council.

(e) For inter-service:

It will be as per the provision in sub-section (17) of section 9 of the State Civil Service Act, 2077.

2) The required minimum educational qualification for each of the open and inclusive and inter-service posts of the state civil service

(a) Services other than health services (non-technical/technical) authorized ninth level or equivalent (service, group, sub-group):

Administration, General Administration: Master's degree in Arts, Sanskrit, Management, Commerce, Business Administration, Education, Law or Science from a recognized educational institution.

Engineering, Civil, Sanitary: Post Graduation in Civil Engineering or Sanitary Engineering or Public Health Engineering from a recognized educational institution.

Engineering, Civil, Building, and Architect: At least a Master's Degree in Architectural or Civil or Building Structural or Town Planning or Structural or Quantity Survey or Urban Planning from a recognized educational institution.

Engineering, Civil, Irrigation: Civil Engineering or Water Resource Development or Hydrology or Water Use Management or Structural Engineering or Water Resource Engineering or Hydrological Engineering or Land and Water Development or Hydroinformatics or Irrigation Engineering and Management or Water Engineering Planning or Infrastructure from a recognized educational institution Or Hydrology and Water Resources or Hydraulic Engineering Tropical Water Management or Civil and Municipal Engineering or Construction Management or Applied Geomorphological and Engineering Geological Survey or Water Resources Management or Engineering Survey or Geotechnical Engineering or Natural Resource Management or Hydraulic Engineering with at least Master's degree.

Engineering, Geology, Hydrogeology: M.Sc. in Geology or Geophysics or Geological Engineering or Applied Geology by taking Hydrogeology or Ground Water Hydrology from a recognized educational institution. or equivalent postgraduate degree or M.Sc in Geology or Geological Engineering or Geophysics. or equivalent postgraduate degree or M.Sc in Geology or Geological Engineering or Geophysics. Or equivalent post-graduate degree and three months of training in groundwater-related subjects.

Forestry, General Forestry: Silviculture or Forest Resource Measurement (Forest Mensuration) or Forest Resource Survey or Land and Watershed Management or Wildlife Conservation/Management Protected Forest Area Management or Agricultural Forestry Management or Forestry and Environmental Management or Forestry in Forestry from a recognized educational institution And Master's degree or equivalent in Climate Change or Natural Resource Management or Biodiversity.

(b) Health Service Ninth Level (Post, Group, Sub-Group):

Consultant General Physician, Medicine, General Medicine: Master's degree in General or Internal Medicine from a recognized educational institution.

Consultant Paediatrician, Paediatrics, Pediatric Medicine: Master's degree in Paediatrics from a recognized educational institution.

Consultant Obstetrics and Gynaecologist, Obstetrics, and Gynecology: Graduated in Obstetrics and Gynecology from a recognized educational institution.

Public Health Administrator, Health Inspection: Master's degree in Public Health from a recognized educational institution or Bachelor's degree in Ayurveda and Allopathy from a recognized educational institution (Bachelor of Ayurvedic and Modern Medicine and Surgery) and Master's degree in Public Health or equivalent degree in the health field.

Special instructions regarding additional documents and experience to be submitted by the candidate

Candidates who want to apply should prepare and submit the following documents at the time of application. After being selected for the interview based on the results of the written test, when coming for the interview, you should bring copies of such documents along with self-attested copies. If the mentioned documents are not with the candidate at the time of application, the application may be canceled at any time.

1) Experience required for candidates applying for Open and Inclusive

(a) Letter of appointment or contract for such post regarding the experience of working at an authorized level in the following agencies and a letter from the relevant agency certifying the service period.

(1) Civil and other government agencies,

(2) an organized body wholly or partially owned by the Government of Nepal,

(3) Development Committee constituted under the Development Committee Act, 2013,

(4) Statutory organization/Agency established by a special act.

(5) The United Nations, its organs and specialized agencies,

(6) Intergovernmental Regional and International Organizations,

(7) the physical campus of the University,

(8) Community schools

(b) in relation to the experience of other agencies other than those mentioned in clause (a), in addition to the letter of appointment or contract and the letter of the relevant agency where the service has been verified, the process, qualifications, organization, structure and service conditions of the employees including the procedures, qualifications, organization, structure of the employees in such agencies are included in the rules or regulations or Only experience that is required by the guidelines or procedures and is confirmed to have been admitted to the official level in accordance with such rules or regulations or the provisions in the guidelines or procedures will be recognized.

(c) In relation to the experience of government employees working in other organized organizations, such experience will be recognized only if there is a letter of prior approval from the government and a letter of leave approval for that period.

(d) In the case of working in two or more agencies in the same period, only the experience of one of them who worked full time will be counted.

(e) The experience will not be recognized if it is mentioned to work part-time in the appointment letter or contract itself.

(f) Temporary or contract service experience of less than one year shall not be counted.

(g) The experience of serving at the official level while holding the post at the assistant level will not be recognized.

(h) If the official level is not opened from the designation mentioned in the letter of appointment or the contract, the relevant body shall submit a letter certifying that the position is of the official level.

(i) If the above-mentioned proof documents are not with the candidate at the time of application, the application will be canceled at any time.

(j) In the case of candidates who have passed MBBS/MD, the candidate must have the certificate registered with the Nepal Medical Council at the time of submitting the application.

(k) MD (Doctor of Medicine) / DM (Doctorate of Medicine) Resident study period will also be counted as an experience period.

Note:

(a) In the case of candidates who require a period of experience, they should have completed the minimum period of service by the last date of receipt of an application for the respective post. The period of double duty shall not be counted for the purpose of age, educational qualification, period of experience, and other qualifications.

(b) Applications that have not been submitted within the time limit specified by the Commission or which have not met the minimum qualifications or other specified details have not been disclosed or the prescribed fee has not been paid will not be accepted.

(c) Candidates requesting an assistant writer should contact the State Public Service Commission, Madhesh Province, Janakpurdham at least 7 (seven) days before the commencement of the written examination. Otherwise, the commission will not be obliged to provide a co-author.

(d) Candidates who pass the written test must submit a copy of the certificate of educational qualification, citizenship, service experience, certified by the head of the relevant office, and duplicate copies of the documents mentioned to be submitted for inclusive and open application candidates before the interview. will fall

(e) Candidates must disclose the details of the categories/groups for which they are candidates in the prescribed format in the admit card, otherwise, they will not be included in the examination.

(f) Must have attained the prescribed educational qualification within the last date of application. Candidates who have studied in foreign institutions must have their qualifications determined by the relevant authorities.

(g) Candidates must use only black ink in the examination, otherwise, the answer sheet will be canceled.
