Mahabharat Rural Municipality will fill vacant posts on a service contract as per the Rural Municipal Executive’s decision dated 2082/05/16. Eligible candidates are invited to submit applications within fifteen (15) days of this notice, along with the revenue deposit receipt. Late or non-compliant applications will not be processed. Required Educational Qualifications and Minimum Documents

For Advertisement No. 01/082–083 (Public Health Officer): Bachelor’s degree in Public Health from a recognized educational institution and registered with NHPC.

For Advertisement No. 02/082–083 (Psychosocial Counselor): Must meet the qualifications set by the National Health Training Center under the Ministry of Health and Population and approved by the Ministry of Health. Acceptable qualifications include:

Health Assistant or Staff Nurse from a recognized institution; or
-
Bachelor’s degree in Public Health/Nursing/Psychology/Sociology/Social Work or in Health Education from a recognized university; or
-
Post Graduate Diploma in Counseling.

Special priority to those with a six-month psychosocial counseling training certificate from the National Health Training Center.

Basic computer knowledge and experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email/Internet, etc.) and ability to prepare reports in Nepali.

For Advertisement No. 03/082–083 (Returnee Volunteer): Minimum Class 8 pass and at least one year of work experience in foreign employment (Gulf countries or Malaysia). Special priority to those who have worked in the field of safe foreign employment.

For Advertisement No. 04/082–083 (Office Helper): SEE or equivalent from a recognized institution.

For Advertisement No. 05/082–083 (Light Vehicle Driver): Basic literacy and a valid driving license.

General Conditions: Not disqualified for future government service; not convicted by a court for a criminal offense involving moral turpitude.

For Advertisement No. 01/082–083: By the application deadline, males must have completed 21 years and not exceeded 35 years; females must have completed 21 years and not exceeded 40 years.
