1. Manager / Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager (Central Office)
Departments: Integrated Risk Management, Credit Relationship, Finance & Accounting, Treasury & Correspondent Banking, Human Resources Management & Development
Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification: Master's Degree in related field with relevant specialization from a recognized University with a minimum of 2nd Dmision / CGPA above 2.5 or Certified Chartered Accountant Certificate from recognized Institute
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Commercial Bank in a related area with at least 2 years of experience in the position of a Jr. Officer / Officer or
- Minimum 7 years in a Development Bank and other Financial Institutions in the related area with at least 2 years of experience in the position of a Senior Officer / Assistant Manager.
- For Treasury & Correspondent Banking knowledge of the secondary market will be an added advantage
- For Human Resources good understanding of Training and Developments desired
