Mahila Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd., a national-level financial institution licensed as a “D” class by Nepal Rastra Bank, is seeking to fill staff positions in various branch offices under its operational area. Nepali citizens meeting the following criteria are invited to apply within 15 days from the date of this notice.

Minimum Academic Qualifications and Experience

Candidates must have passed the SLC from a recognized institution/board,
OR -
Passed SEE with a minimum GPA of 1.6 or equivalent,
AND -
At least one year of experience in center meeting management in a microfinance institution in the same post.

Appointment Process

For Advertisement No. 4/2081/82: Selected candidates will be appointed for a six-month probation period with full salary, allowance, and benefits. Permanent appointment will be based on satisfactory performance

For Advertisement No. 5/2081/82: Selected candidates will undergo six months of training with a training allowance. Based on performance, they may be appointed on a six-month probation basis
