Malarani Rural Municipality, Office of the Rural Municipal Executive, Khandaha, Arghakhanchi, Lumbini Province, Nepal.

For Malarani Rural Municipality, the following posts, levels, and numbers are to be filled through contract service. Eligible and interested Nepali citizens meeting the following qualifications are requested to submit applications within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of this notice, during office hours, to the Office of the Rural Municipal Executive with the required details and the revenue payment receipt. Qualifications and Conditions

General Eligibility

• Citizenship: Must be a Nepali citizen.

For Psychosocial Counselor (Fifth)

• Academic Qualification: Health Assistant or Staff Nurse from a recognized educational institution, or a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university in Public Health/Nursing/Psychology/Sociology/Social Work, or a bachelor’s degree in Health Education, or a Post Graduate Diploma in Counselling.

• Training and Experience: Six-month training in psychosocial counselling with a certificate from the National Health Training Center, and experience in the same field. Women will be given special priority.

• Legal Status: Must not be disqualified to apply for government service under prevailing laws.

• Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of computers. Answers to questions in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint must be written in Nepali or English.

• Language Skills: Ability to speak and prepare reports in both Nepali and English.

• Note: In the context of psychosocial counselors working under the SAMI program:

For Veterinary Doctor (Sixth)

• Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Science (B.V.Sc. & A.H/B.V.Sc) or equivalent from a recognized institution, and registration with the Nepal Veterinary Council.

• Age: By the last date for submission, males must have completed 21 years and not exceeded 35 years; females must have completed 21 years and not exceeded 40 years.

• Application Fee: Rs. 1200.

• Examination Type: Written and interview.

For Public Health Officer (Seventh)

• Academic Qualification: At least a bachelor’s degree in Public Health from a recognized educational institution, with registration at the Nepal Health Professional Council.

• Syllabus: As determined by the Public Service Commission.

• Age: By the last date for submission, males must have completed 21 years and not exceeded 35 years; females must have completed 21 years and not exceeded 40 years.

• Application Fee: Rs. 1200.

• Examination Type: Written and interview.

For Assistant Sub-Engineer (Fourth)

• Age: By the last date for submission, males must have completed 18 years and not exceeded 35 years; females must have completed 18 years and not exceeded 40 years.

• Academic Qualification: SLC/SEE pass with training in the relevant subject, or TSLC in the relevant subject from a technical school.

• Application Fee: Rs. 500.

• Selection Method: Written and interview.

• Syllabus Reference: Lumbini Province Civil Service and Local Government Service, Engineering Service, Civil Group, Fourth Level Assistant Sub-Engineer, Open Competitive Examination Syllabus.

For Light Vehicle Driver

• Academic Qualification: SLC/SEE pass.

• License: Valid driving license.

• Age: Completed 21 years and not exceeded 45 years.

• Preference: Experience preferred.

• Selection Method: Practical and interview.

• Application Fee: Rs. 300.
