Malika Rural Municipality, Office of the Rural Municipal Executive, Darwang, Myagdi, Gandaki Province, Nepal, Notice of Staff Requirement.

To ensure safe, dignified, organized, and reliable foreign employment services, Malika Rural Municipality announces the requirement of manpower to conduct activities such as information and counseling, access to justice, financial literacy, psychosocial counseling, and community awareness programs.

Applications are invited from qualified and experienced Nepali citizens for the following position:

• Position: Psychosocial Counselor (Assistant Level, Fifth)

• Required Number: 1 (Preference to women)

• Qualifications:

  • Passed Health Assistant or Staff Nurse from a recognized educational institution, or

  • Completed Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, or Health Education (B.Ed.) from a recognized university, or

  • Post Graduate Diploma in Counseling.

  • Candidates with a six-month training in psychosocial counseling certified by the National Health Training Center will be given special preference.

  • Basic computer knowledge and experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email/Internet) with the ability to prepare reports in Nepali language.

Application Submission Details

1. Examination Fee: NPR 700/- (Seven hundred only).

   • To be deposited in the Internal Revenue Account No. 0750110008400132 at Prabhu Bank Limited, Darbang Branch, or paid at the Revenue Section of the office. The original bank voucher or receipt must be submitted with the application.

2. Working Period: As mentioned in the agreement.

3. Age Limit: Must have completed 18 years and not exceed 35 years by the application deadline (40 years in the case of women).

4. Selection Process: Written Examination and Interview.

5. Salary and Benefits: As per program rules.

6. Required Documents:

   • Copy of Nepali citizenship certificate

   • Copy of academic qualification certificates

   • Copy of experience certificates (if available)

   • Copy of training certificates (if available)

   • Personal details (biodata)

   • One passport size photo

   • Handwritten application
