Qualifications:

BBA in Marketing (Preferred MBA)

Minimum of 2 years of work experience

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in digital marketing and social media platforms

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the company.

Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences.

Collaborate with the sales team to create promotional materials and campaigns.

Manage social media accounts and engage with customers online.

Organize and participate in promotional events and activities.

Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.

Prepare regular reports on marketing performance and present findings to management.
