1. HEAD-CREDIT RISK DEPARTMENT
Position: Managerial Level
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Execute the responsibility of the development and implementation of policies and procedures for Credit risk mitigation.
- Develop Product Paper guidelines in line with risk mitigation.
- Reflection and analysis of the portfolio for control.
- Set up risk minimization tools for portfolio management.
- Undertake the Credit Approval process and set up a system for credit appraisal and files approval process.
- Credit attributes/Initiations, Verifications and alternatives strategies for credit limit settings, authorizations and collection and statistical model.
- Meaningful contribution to the sustainable growth of business as well as a contribution to the profitability of the organization.
REQUIREMENTS:
- ACCA/MBA/MBS in Finance specialization from a reputed university with relevant experiences of minimum of 5 years in the credit/ credit risk department of Bank or Financial Institutions.
- Must have financial exposure in the line with statutory and regulatory functions.
- Should have a clear understanding of the local market, industry scenario, and analytical and credit risk assessment skills.
- Knowledge of Regulatory compliance, economic, market trends, and industry forecasting techniques related to BFIS.
