Under the Province and Local Governance Support Programme (PLGSP), as the post of Information Technology Officer (IT Officer) lying vacant in this office has to be filled on service contract through open competition, this notice has been published to request interested Nepali citizens who meet the qualifications as per the details below to submit an application within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice, along with the required documents.

5. Qualification:
The minimum qualification for the Computer Officer post prescribed by the Public Service Commission, or a Bachelor’s degree in one of Computer, Information & Communication Technologies or equivalent subjects from a recognized educational institution (BIT, BIM, BBIS, BCA, BCIS, BEIT, BSc. IT, BSc. CSIT) shall be considered as the basis.
6. Required Documents:
Personal details, Nepali citizenship certificate, academic qualification certificates, and for those who have obtained education from outside Nepal, copies of equivalence certificates of those qualifications from a university of Nepal; work experience certificates, if any, and other related documents.
7. Terms of Reference (TOR):
As per the job description determined by the Province and Local Governance Support Programme (PLGSP).
8. Age Limit:
For men: must have completed 21 years and not exceeded 35 years.
For women: must have completed 21 years and not exceeded 40 years.
9. Type of Examination: Written, practical and interview.
10. Examination Date: To be published later through another notice.
11. Application Fee: Rs. 1,000.00 (in words: one thousand only).
12. Contract Period:
Up to the end of Ashadh 2083.
13. Salary Scale:
As per rules.
