Age limit of candidates: 18 years of age as of the last date of application for Assistant level posts and 21 years of age for Officer level posts.
Place of submission of application fee: Province Accounts Control Office of Rastriya Banijya Bank Revenue Account No. 100200010000, Directorate of Health Office Code No. 3500232023, Revenue Title No. 14224 along with the receipt of submission of the application form mentioned in the title of the examination fee, only the form received by the last date of submission of scan copy to Directorate of Health, Bagmati Province, Hetauda or [email protected] will be accepted.
Documents to be attached with the application:- Certificate of Nepali citizenship, educational qualification, training certificate, experience certificate, and A certified copy of the certificate of registration and renewal with the council must be attached as per the prevailing law.
