MoALD Cotton Development Committee Vacancy for Project Head and Subject-Expert Member:
Government of Nepal, Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock Development (MoALD), Singha Durbar, Kathmandu notice has been published as per the decision of the recommendation committee dated 2077-12-18 formed to recommend for the appointment/nomination of the vacant project head and subject expert member posts in the Cotton Development Committee.
This information from aspiring Nepali citizens who have reached the following qualifications for appointment/nomination for the said posts is kept confidential within 21 hours from the date of first publication (the last day of application is a public holiday the next day) during office hours at the Ministry's Personnel Administration Branch, Board Institute Coordination Desk This notice has been published for the information of all concerned regarding the application in an envelope.
Vacancy required number of qualifications and experience

Project Head - 1 (One) Qualifications and Experience: The project head has at least a bachelor's degree from a recognized university in subjects related to the nature of work of the concerned public body or in administration, management, economics, or the law. The status has at least 5 years of work experience, 30 years of age, and not exceeding 60 years. |

Subject-Expert Member - 1 (One) (from subject related experts): Qualifications and Experience:At least graduated from a recognized educational institution or equivalent, having completed 30 years of age |
2) The process of submitting the application
Along with the application/commitment letter as per schedule-2 of the Directive on Appointment and Nomination of Public Bodies affiliated to the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock Development, 2076, the information and post of the person you want to be appointed/nominated should be clearly mentioned and the following documents should be attached.
- Copy of Nepali citizenship certificate
- Copy of educational certificate, certificate of equivalence in case of obtaining an academic degree from foreign university
- Must be submitted.
- Personal Details (CV),
- In accordance with Article 4 of the Directive, the disqualified transaction shall be self-certified and submitted.
- Copy of experience opening document,
Other required documents
In the case of the project head, the business action plan prepared without exceeding 5,000 words on the challenges/possibilities and improvement of cotton development in Nepal should be submitted along with 3 copies of the application.
3) Application Fee: The application fee is to be credited to the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock Development Code No. 312003501 Revenue Account 00100516200000 Revenue Title 14224. In the case of the project head at the Singha Durbar branch, the original voucher of Rs. 3,000 (Rs. 3,000 only) has to be affixed on the outside of the envelope. However, the application fee for the post of subject matter expert member will not be charged.
4) Other details
(A) The Recommendation Committee may defer or cancel the information regarding the recommendation of the nomination of office bearers by mentioning any reason.
(B) All the power to recommend/reject for nomination shall be vested in the Recommendation Committee. The committee may demand the necessary documents at any time
