NARC Notice: Competitive Exam for Post Change
Government of Nepal, Recruitment Committee, Nepal Agricultural Research Council (NARC), Singhadurbar Plaza, Kathmandu, Competitive Examination Notice For the change of service, group, and subgroup to the Light Vehicle Driver post.
Based on the mandamus order dated 2081/03/19 of the High Court, Patan, Lalitpur, and the consent received through the letter dated 2082/08/02 of the Public Service Commission, this application is invited from writ-petitioner employees who have been permanently appointed in non-level administrative/technical assistant posts in the Council and its offices, have obtained a driving license, and have been carrying out Light Vehicle Driver duties.
This application call is made in accordance with the Council’s Employee Administration Regulation, 2049, the “Procedure, 2082 Relating to Changing the Post of Employees Working in Administrative/Technical Assistant Posts to the Light Vehicle Driver Post,” and the Recruitment Committee Procedure, 2061.
Writ-petitioner candidates who meet the prescribed minimum qualifications must submit an application to the Nepal Agricultural Research Council Recruitment Committee.

The service experience verification form prescribed by the Council confirming work performed as a driver, completed and certified by the departmental head or office head of the concerned body or office where the candidate has worked, confirming that the candidate is driving
The candidate shall be fully responsible for the details stated in the application.
Application Deadline: Up to 2082/10/01, and up to 2082/10/08 by paying double the fee
If the final application date falls on a public holiday, the application may be submitted on the next day the office opens.
Place to Obtain and Submit the Application: The application form may be purchased and submitted at the Nepal Agricultural Research Council Recruitment Committee Office, Singhadurbar Plaza, Kathmandu, by paying NPR 50.
Method and Place to Pay the Application Fee: The original bank voucher of the deposit made at any branch of Agriculture Development Bank Limited into the Nepal Agricultural Research Council’s current account at Agriculture Development Bank Limited, Lagankhel, Lalitpur, Account No. 0211600179390012, must be attached.
Age Limit: No age limit will apply.
Practical Examination and Interview Date and Venue:
As determined by the Recruitment Committee, Nepal Agricultural Research Council Office.
Job Description: As per service and group-related duties.
Salary: As per prevailing law.
Required Minimum Qualifications

A driving license must have been obtained before the date of publication of this application notice, and the driving license must be valid.

The candidate must have been permanently appointed in an administrative/technical assistant post and must currently be working as a Light Vehicle Driver.

Applications that are not submitted within the deadline prescribed by the Nepal Agricultural Research Council Recruitment Committee, or that do not meet the minimum qualifications, or that do not disclose the required details, or for which the prescribed fee has not been paid, will not be accepted. The Recruitment Committee may cancel applications at any time for candidates who participate in the examination by submitting incomplete or false details.

Candidates who pass the practical examination must, before attending the interview, mandatorily submit the original documents and their copies, including proof of permanent appointment, citizenship certificate, driving license, and the service experience as a driver certified by the office head.
