For the National Academy of Medical Sciences, the National Trauma Center, as a service contract must be appointed until the permanent position is filled by the Public Service Commission or other procedures according to "Procedures related to managing doctors or healthcare workers in contract service 2076"; Nepalese citizens who meet the following qualifications must submit the application form to this hospital within 21 (twenty-one) days from the date of publication of this notice. No action will be taken on late and overdue applications.

1) Medical Officer
Minimum Educational Qualification: Passed in MBBS or equivalent
2) Staff Nurse
Minimum Educational Qualification: Passed Proficiency Certificate in Nursing or equivalent
1) Minimum Qualification Required
A) Nepalese citizens who have completed eighteen years of age and not exceeding forty-five years of age, but temporary or contractual service employees who have been appointed to health service posts as per the rules and have completed five years of continuous service, there will be no age limit.
b) Registered and renewed in the health-related professional council established according to prevailing laws,
c) Not dismissed from service for the purpose of disqualification for government service in the future,
d) Not disqualified according to prevailing laws.
2) Minimum Salary: Salary equal to the prevailing starting salary scale of the Nepal Government and dearness allowance and other benefits shall be as mentioned in the contract agreement.
3) Mode of Selection: Written/Oral or both.
4) Documents to be attached with the application:
a) Copy of Nepali Citizenship Certificate
b) Copies of educational qualification certificates
c) Certificate of registration and renewal of the name in the health-related professional council established according to the prevailing law (in the case of a medical officer, MBBS or equivalent and registered in Nepal Medical Council and in case of staff nurse should be registered in Nepal Nursing Council).
d) 2 copies of a recent passport-size photograph
e) Receipt of filing of application fee
5) Place of receipt and submission of application form: National Trauma Center, Kathmandu, Personnel Administration Branch.
6) Application fee: Rs.1200/- for Medical Officer (8th level) and Rs.600/- for Staff Nurse (5th level) which can be deposited at NIBL Bank Counter located inside the hospital premises.
7) Last date for submission of application: 2079-10-16 (within office hours)
