Nepal Children's Organization Seeks Staff for Various Contract Posts

Nepal Children's Organization [Nepal Bal Sangathan], Central Office, Naxal, has announced vacancies to fill various posts on a contract service basis. The organization published a notice on 2083.03.05, inviting applications from eligible candidates.
According to the published notice, interested candidates who meet the required qualifications must submit their applications in the prescribed manner within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of the notice at the organization’s Central Office, Naxal, Kathmandu, during office hours. The organization has clarified that applications received after the deadline or not duly submitted will not be processed.

1: Chief Executive Officer
Number of Posts: 1

Age Limit: Completed 21 years and not exceeding 45 years
Qualification: Obtained a master’s degree from a recognized university, or passed bachelor’s level and obtained at least 3 years of experience in the post of First Class Officer, Deputy Director, or equivalent.
2: Section Officer (Law)
Number of Posts: 1
Application Fee: Rs. 1,000/-
Age Limit: Completed 21 years and not exceeding 40 years
Qualification: Passed bachelor’s level in Law.
3: Child Home Chief (Residential)
Number of Posts: 5
Application Fee: Rs. 500/-
Age Limit: Completed 18 years and not exceeding 40 years
Qualification: Passed certificate level or secondary level (+2) and obtained at least 1 year of experience at the Assistant Second Level.
4: Health Worker (Nurse/Therapist)
Number of Posts: 3
Application Fee: Rs. 500/-
Age Limit: Completed 18 years and not exceeding 40 years
Qualification: Passed certificate level or equivalent in the relevant subject and received training in the relevant subject.
5: Computer Operator (Assistant First)
Number of Posts: 1
Application Fee: Rs. 500/-
Age Limit: Completed 18 years and not exceeding 40 years
Qualification: Passed certificate level in the relevant subject and received 6 months of training.
6: Office Assistant (Assistant Second)
Number of Posts: 5
Application Fee: Rs. 200/-
Age Limit: Completed 18 years and not exceeding 40 years
Qualification: Passed SEE.
7: Mother/Aaya (Assistant Fourth) (Residential)
Number of Posts: 10
Application Fee: Rs. 100/-
Age Limit: Completed 18 years and not exceeding 40 years
Qualification: Able to read and write basic text and experienced in the relevant work.
8: Office Helper (Assistant Fourth)
Number of Posts: 2
Application Fee: Rs. 100/-
Age Limit: Completed 18 years and not exceeding 40 years
Qualification: Studied at least up to Grade 8.

Selection Process
For the posts under Serial Number 1 and 2, selection will be conducted through work paper evaluation and presentation, and interview. Note: The work paper must be submitted along with the application.
For the posts under Serial Number 3, 4, 6, 7, and 8, selection will be conducted through interview.
For the post under Serial Number 5, selection will be conducted through skill test and interview.
Application Fee Payment Process
The voucher showing deposit of the application fee amount in Account No. 1160100001763001 of Nepal Children's Organization Central Fund at Rastriya Banijya Bank, Naxal Branch, must be submitted along with the application.
Salary, Allowances, and Other Benefits
The salary, allowances, and other benefits of the selected employees will be as per the rules of Nepal Children's Organization.
