With the consent of the Public Service Commission, the following vacancies in this authority are to be filled permanently through internal competition, open / inclusive posts through competitive written examination conducted by the Public Service Commission.

1) Type of Examination: Written and Interview

2) Type of service: permanent

3) Age limit of the candidate: By the last date of application, the age of the candidate should be as follows.

A) 15 years of age and not exceeding 35 years in case of Assistant Level,

(B) In case of Officer level, having completed 21 years and not exceeding 35 years,

(C) In case of women and candidates with disabilities not exceeding 40 years,

(D) Officer having completed 21 years in the post of second class and not exceeding 40 years,

4) Last date to apply: Within 21 days from the date this information was first published and within 7 days in case of double fee.

5) Application Fee:

(A) Rs. 1200 / - for Deputy Director, Officer Second Class and Rs. 1,000 / - for Assistant Director, Officer Third Class for internal competition.

(B) For open and inclusive side Deputy Director, Rs. 1200 / - for officer second class, Rs. 400 / - for assistant director, officer, assistant first class and Rs. 1,000 / - for third class for each subsequent group after that , Rs.240 / - for Deputy Director, Officer Second Class, Rs.200 / - for Assistant Director, Officer III and Rs.80 / - for Assistant, Assistant First Class.

(C) The application fee should be deposited in the account no. 0106011664201 of the authority's new bank and its gross voucher should be uploaded as per the instructions received in the online application system www.jobs.nta.gov.np/Open.

10) Other Services and Conditions: To be in accordance with the Nepal Telecommunication Authority Employees (Terms of Service) Regulations, 2076.

11) Written Examination Program and Examination Center: It will be published later in the website of NEA and in the national daily newspaper Gorkhapatra.

13. Minimum qualification required

(A) For internal competition:

(A) Employees of Nepal Telecommunication Authority (Regarding Terms of Service) Regulation 2076 of Regulation 2076, have completed at least five years of service for the post of officer below one level below the post to be promoted and have completed three years of service for the post of assistant and are currently assigned to the post. Must have minimum educational qualification.

However, women, tribals and janajatis, Madhesis, Dalits, the disabled and those born in the backward areas and permanently residing in the area can be a potential candidate even if the service period is less than one year.

(B) For open:

A) For Deputy Director, Authorized Second, Technical Services, Engineering Group: Master Degree in Computer, Information Technology and Communication, Electronics and Telecommunication, Radio Broadcasting and Radio Telecommunication or Electrical Engineering from a recognized educational institution. And has worked for at least five years at an official level in an organization registered with the Engineering Council and registered with the government or in accordance with the prevailing law. 

B) For Assistant Director, Officer III, Administration Service, Administration Group: Passed at least post graduate level or equivalent in any subject from a recognized educational institution and received basic computer related training.

C) For Assistant Director, Authorized III, Technical Services, Engineering Group: Graduated from a recognized educational institution in Computer, Information Technology and Communication, Electronics and Telecommunication, Radio Broadcasting and Radio Telecommunication or Electrical Engineering in Telecommunication major subject and registered with the Engineering Council.

D) For Assistant, Assistant First, Administration Service, Administration Group: Passed at least bachelor level or equivalent in any subject from a recognized educational institution and received basic computer related training.

PS:

Additional documents to be submitted by inclusive applicants:

A) In case of Adivasi “Janajatika”: On the basis of the list of castes listed in Nepal Adivasi “Janajati Utthan Rashtriya Pratisthan Act”, but if there is more than one caste within the caste listed in Nepal Adivasi “Janajati Utthan Rashtriya Pratisthan Act” on the recommendation of Chief District Officer. The application should be submitted along with the last name within the existing caste.

B) In case of Madhesi: On the basis that the Government of Nepal has published the information in the Nepal Gazette and certified it as Madhesi from the specified organization, but until the information is published in the Nepal Gazette and the organization has not specified, on the recommendation of the head of the concerned local body.
 
C) In case of Dalits: In case of castes listed by the National Dalit Commission on the basis of the same list, but if there is more than one surname within the caste listed by the National Dalit Commission, on the recommendation of the head of the concerned local body, the surname within the caste listed by the Chief District Officer must be submitted with application.

D) In ​​case of disability: on the recommendation of the approved physician on the basis of disability certification by the Social Welfare Council or as provided in the prevailing law.
