Required Qualifications and Skills
To be eligible for this position, applicants must hold a minimum Bachelor's degree from a reputed institution and possess at least 2 years of experience supporting executives. The ideal candidate should have a keen interest in internal and external communications and partnership development, excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, and the ability to work with utmost dedication. - Acting as a point of contact between executives and internal or external stakeholders
- Supervising, advising, and instructing subordinate staff
- Excellent listening and communication skills and a high level of people/interpersonal skills
- Ability to work tactfully, calmly, and patiently with the executives and the team
- Terrific organizational skills to manage and schedule meetings, appointments, travel plans, travel arrangements, and billing for the executives
- Strong knowledge and extensive use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point), email, Adobe Acrobat, and social media web platforms.
