This position requires an ability to impeccably carry the Bank's Brand and effectively act as Bank's Brand Representative. The candidates are expected to possess excellent competitive, market, and product intelligence and be able to chalk out instrumental marketing plans, strategies, and roadmaps and ensure their effective implementation. The candidate should have the ability to train, nurture and groom team members and motivate the team for greater achievements in the marketing of innovative banking products and services.
2. Support Service Verticals (Officer/Senior Officer/Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager/Manager), Required Number: 100
Locations: Inside & Outside Valley Branches/ Provincial Offices/Departments
This position requires an ability for the smooth functioning of support verticals at country level and ensure that service quality is maintained at desired levels. The candidates of this job position are expected to oversee the day to day delivery of services in the manner that meets or exceeds the established service level of the bank.
3. Control Verticals (Officer/Senior Officer/Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager/ Manager), Required Number: 100
Locations: Inside & Outside Valley Branches/ Provincial Offices/Departments
This position requires an ability for coordinating the activities of the different areas of bank in order to make the control functions of the bank in more efficient manner and ensure that activities are performed regularly, efficiently, effectively and in accordance with the management's strategy and as per the applicable rules and regulations of the Bank at country level.
Eligibility Criteria:
For Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager/ Manager
- Master's Degree with five years of experience in a related field or Bachelor's Degree with ten years of experience in related field.
- Age not below 25 years and not exceeding 50 years as of 13 Jan 2019.
For Officer and Senior Officer
- Master's Degree or Bachelor's Degree with five years of experience in related field.
- Age not below 21 years and not exceeding 40 years as of 13 Jan 2019.
