- Should work with vendors, management, and regulatory authorities regarding various terminals such as ATM, POS, CDM, CDR, QMS, RQ, etc.
- Assessment of customer needs and recommendation of effective strategies. Support and monitor ATM cash management and reporting.
- Assurance of hardware and software management in the various terminals. Automation of the processes by implementing necessary tools with the help of technology.
- Depth knowledge of Card Switch, ATMs, POS, and other payment technologies. Able to implement upgrades or changes to the ATMs and PDS terminals.
- Design and execute strategic/tactical plans to enhance profitability of all sorts of credit cards.
- Formulation of development and design strategy for the proper deployment of ATM/POS terminals.
- Monitor national and international trends in terminal management and generate new ideas.
- Should be accountable for services quality, network marketing, and advertising.
Eligibility Criteria for Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager/Manager/Senior Manager
- Proven experience with an excellent track record in leading, managing, and inspiring a team of dynamic professionals.
- At least five years of banking experience in domestic/ international banks or five years of experience in related field with Master's Degree or at least 10 years of experience in Banking or other related fields with Bachelor's Degree in Management/ IT-Management/Engineering/Computer Science or other related fields.
- Age not below 25 years and not exceeding 50 years as of March 02, 2022.
Eligibility Criteria for Senior Officer
- Preferably Master's Degree but not less than Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Application or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of experience in Banking or other related field.
- Age not below 21 years and not exceeding 40 years as of March 02, 2022
