We invite applications from interested candidates with priority from females, minority, and youth groups for the following Project based positions:

Construction Coordinator-Shikshya Project

(Fixed-Term until February 2026 based in Regional Office-East, Janakpur)

Responsibility:

  • Smooth planning and implementation of overall community infrastructures construction/repair schemes that are included in different projects under the project area of Regional Office- East;
  • Assist program proposals writing team in developing new proposals having infrastructure construction/repair activities or proposal revision process by providing required information;
  • Build partner's engineering capacity by orienting them about design/drawing/estimate/construction guideline as well as government approved norms, codes and a standard set of practice;
  • Timely initiation of construction schemes, conduct regular supervision of construction site to assure the agreed quality of construction as per prescribed design/drawings, assist the partner to produce monthly progress report, stage completion report and work completion report.

Construction Coordinator-Shikshya Project

(Fixed-Term until February 2026 based in Regional Office-East, Janakpur)

Responsibility:

Effective financial management to ensure that project activities implemented are at the best quality with the most competitive costs and they respond to CO, NO and GH Policies and procedures incompliance with donors condonation: Lead in financial management including monitoring, coaching and capacity development of implementing partner's finance staffs.

Monitoring, Evaluation, Research and Learning Officer-Shikshya Project

(Fixed-Term until February 2026 based in Regional Office-East, Janakpur)

Responsibility:

Nepal programs and projects assigned to him/her including development and implementation of MERL systems of assigned project, Regular collection of monitoring data and its analysis for management information purposes; develop capacity of field and partner organisation staff in all MERL related tasks, systems and processes.

Project Officer-PEED Project

(Fixed-Term until August 2025 based in Partner Office under Regional Office-East, Janakpur)

Responsibility:

Implement project and partnership management in the district by providing technical support to implementing partner organization; ensuring effective implementation of Micro Enterprise Development and job placement of vocational training graduates in coordination and collaboration with private sectors, government line agencies, and other likeminded organization; Represent Plan International Nepal at the local, provincial and federal level as required; Assist in planning, budgeting, implementation, monitoring, documentation, and reporting.
