1. Project Specialist- Our Voices Our Choices: Women and Youth for Democratic Civic Space - 1 position (re-advertisement)
Fixed Term Employment from January 2022 to May 2025 based in Kalikot
The Project Specialist will provide guidance to implement the project- Our Voices Our Choices: Women and Youth for Democratic Civic Space, under the supervision of the Regional Manager and guidance of Program Specialist — Lead and Decide and Sr. Technical Advisor — Lead and Decide.
- S/he will lead the project in Kalikot District and will be fully responsible for ensuring quality implementation of the project to meet the project objectives and goals.
- S/he will work closely with Regional Office Team, Project Team in Kalikot, and Country Office while planning and implementing the project activity in the field ensuring the implementation of project activities is realized according to the Country Strategy and Lead and Decide project objectives.
- S/he will ensure effective and timely implementation of all project activities, with attention to providing overall coordination and facilitation at inter-agency, municipal, provincial and federal levels.
2. Finance Coordinator- Our Voices Our Choices: Women and Youth for Democratic Civic Space - 1 position (re-advertisement)
Fixed Term Employment from January 2022 to May 2025 based in Kalikot
The Finance Coordinator, Our Voices Our Choices: Women and Youth for Democratic Civic Space will be responsible for the effective project finance management to ensure that project activity implemented is at the best quality with the most competitive costs and they respond to CO, NO, and GH Policies and procedures in compliance with donor's requirement. This position is required to effectively coordinate with the Finance department of the regional office west and the Country finance team. Active coordination with the relevant program team and other functions is necessary.
3. Technical Advisor - Learn (Education) - 1 position (re-advertisement)
Fixed Term Employment of 2 years from the date of employment-based in Regional Office-West (Surkhet)
The Technical Advisor — LEARN (Education) will provide support to develop Plan International Nepal's strategy and programmatic/influencing approach on education. The Technical Advisor — LEARN (Education) will support the Senior Technical Advisor- LEARN in designing, implementing, and monitoring education projects; focused to increase learning outcomes of early grade children via promoting a child-friendly learning environment, strengthen gender-transformative & inclusive learning environment & system, improve STEAM-based teaching & learning system, reduce disaster risk & climate change effect in schools and communities. The Technical Advisor— LEARN (Education) will also be responsible for the capacity development of Plan International Nepal and its partner staff on education.
