We invite applications from interested candidates with priority from females, minority and youth groups for the following positions:

1. Project Officer-ProTecT

(Fixed-Term until 31 Dec 2023 based in Sunsari/Makwanpur)

Responsibility: Oversee and ensure a high-quality project implementation, in both development and humanitarian settings, and achieve targets towards Plan's and/or donor's requirements through overall management of the implementing partners within ProTEcT project in the respective areas and districts, under the direct supervision of Program Specialist-Thrive and Project Manager of ProTEcT project.

2. Safeguarding & HR Specialist

(Fixed-Term for 2 years based in Country Office)

Responsibility: Lead the implementation of the policy on Safeguarding; Preventing Sexual Harassment, Exploitation and Abuse (PSHEA), Harassment, Bullying and Discrimination (HBD) and other HR Policies and ensure these Policies, Standards and Procedures are complied with by staff, partners and all programs/projects design; work closely and under the supervision of HR&OD Director to effectively and efficiently manage the Safeguarding and HR in the organization.

3. Monitoring, Evaluation, Research & Learning (MERL) Coordinator -Telephone

(Fixed-Term for 2 years based in Regional Office-East)

Responsibility: Collect, review and share high quality, timely, accurate, and complete program/project-based monitoring information, research, and evaluation data to support and inform the overall project/program being implemented at the regional as well as country level; focus on providing the necessary capacity building to partner organizations to improve their project monitoring and evaluation system and implement Plan International Nepal's Accountability Mechanism.

4. Monitoring, Evaluation, Research & Learning (MERL) Coordinator

(Fixed-Term for 2 years based in Regional Office-East)

Responsibility: Provide technical leadership of collection, review, reporting and learning in the context of project implementation at the regional and country levels; provide the necessary support to partner organisations so as to improve project monitoring and evaluation system and implement Plan International Nepal's Accountability Mechanism.
