1. CEO ( 1 )
- Masters in management.
- Minimum 5 years experience in officer level in construction /crusher /mining /cement industries/ RMC.
Salary: 70K Plus benefits including housing and vehicle facility.
Age: 28 - 40 years (not exceeding 40 years).
2. Factory Manager (FM) - ( 2 )
- Minimum +2 level completion.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in any industry as a Factory supervisor ( Construction Sector will be highly preferable).
Age: 25 Years Completed.
Salary: 50K Plus benefits including housing & vehicle facilities.
3. Vehicle Incharge (VI) - ( 2 )
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or certified technicians.
- 2 years of experience in related work.
- SLC Passed out having 5 years' experience in related work.
Age: The minimum age above 20 years.
Salary: 30k plus Benefits.
4. Sales Persons (SP) - ( 2 )
- Minimum Bachelor Level in Management Background.
- 5 years experience in Marketing sector in Construction / Crusher / mining / cement Industry/ RMC.
Age: 25 Years Completed
Salary: 30K Plus Incentives (vehicles facility Included)
*Conditions: Incentives may vary depending on the basis of performance.
5. Admin & Finance Officer (AFO) - ( 2 )
- Minimum Bachelor level in management.
- 3 years working experience as Senior Accountant.
Age: 25 years completed.
Salary: 30K Plus benefits.
6. Site Incharge (SI) - ( 2 )
- Academic +2 or SLC.
- 5 years Experience in Asphalt Road Construction.
- Basic salary Plus Allowance (Negotiable).
