- B.E. (Civil), Preference shall be given who has a master degree in Construction Management - 10 Years in building projects having adequate knowledge in preparation of bidding documents & contract administration |

2. Civil Engineer - 1 (One) - Kathmandu Head Office |
- B.E. (Civil) Engineering - 5 years in building and water supply projects having adequate knowledge in quantity survey and cost estimate |
|
3. Sr. Civil Overseer - 1 (One) - Kathmandu Head office / Project / Sites |
- Diploma in Civil Engineering - 8 years in Building and water supply project |
|
4. Account / Admin Officer - 2 (Two) - Kathmandu Head Office 7 Project Site |
- BBS / BBA / B. Com - 5 years in the construction field having adequate knowledge of VAT, TAX system and Tally software, etc. |

5. Operator - 1 (One) - Kathmandu Project Site |
- SLC / Under SLC - 3 years in operation and maintenance of concrete batching plant, self-load transit mixture, and concrete pump |
