We are currently on a lookout for dynamic, result-oriented, pragmatic, self-motivated, and passionate candidates to join us in the following positions:

1. Officer Level - (Marketing Department) Assistant Level (Reporting & Marketing)

Location: Corporate Office

Required No.: 5 (Five)

Eligibility Criteria:

For Officer Level - 1 (One)

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in related subject from a recognized university.
Should have at least 2 years of experience in the marketing-related field in a Bank/Financial Institution.
Age not below 21 and not exceeding 40 years.

For Assistant Level -4 (Four)

Minimum +2 in the related subject.
Should have at least 2 years of experience in reporting/Marketing related field in Bank/ Financial Institution.
Age not below 18 and not exceeding 35 years.

2. Executive Manager/Officer Level (Branch Manager)

Location: Branches: Janakpur, Tinkune (Kathmandu), Simara (Sarlahi), Panchkhal (Kavre)

Required No.: 4 (Four)

Eligibility Criteria:

For Executive Manager (Janakpur Branch) -1

Minimum Master's Degree in Finance or Account from a recognized university.
Should have at least 7 years of experience in Bank/Financial Institution at Officer level.
Preference will be given to candidates having overall banking knowledge and at least 2 years of experience as Branch Manager in any Bank/Financial Institution
Age not below 21 and not exceeding 45 years.

For Officer Level (Other Branches) -3

Bachelor's Degree in related field from a recognized university and having at least 5 years experience in BFIs.
Preference will be given to having overall banking knowledge and at least 3 years of experience as a Branch Manager in any BFIs.
Age not below 21 and not exceeding 40 years.

3. Officer/Jr. Officer/Supervisor/Sr. Assistant/Assistant (Credit in charge)

Location: Branches: Janakpur, Tinkune (Kathmandu), Simara (Sarlahi), Panchkhal (Kavre), Barahathawa (Sarlahi), Gaushala (Mahottari)

Required No.: 6 (Six)

Eligibility Criteria:

For Officer level (Janakpur Branch) -1

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in related subject from a recognized university.
Should have at least 4 years of experience in a Bank/Financial Institution.
Preference will be given to candidates having overall banking knowledge and at least 2years of experience as Branch Manager or Credit In charge in any Bank/ Financial Institution
Age not below 21 and not exceeding 40 years.

For Assistant Level (Other Branches) -5

Minimum +2 in the related subject.
Should have at least 2 years of experience in Credit & marketing-related field in Bank/Financial Institution.
Age not below 18 and not exceeding 35 years.

4. Supervisor/Sr. Assistant/ Assistant (Operation In-charge, Counter In-charge)

Location:

Branches: Janakpur, Tinkune (Kathmandu), Simara (Sarlahi), Panchkhal (Kavre), Barahathawa (Sarlahi), Gaushala (Mahottari),
Counters : Padampokhari, Hetauda (Makawanpur) Nala, Banepa (Kavre)

Required No.: 8 (Eight)

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum +2 in the related subject.
Should have at least 2 years of experience in operation & marketing related field in Bank/Financial Institution.
Age not below 18 and not exceeding 35 years.

Documentary evidence related to qualification and experience shall be sought from shortlisted candidates. Progressive Finance reserves the right to reject any application without assigning any reason whatsoever. Canvassing at any stage of the process will lead to automatic disqualification.

Examination: Interview/Written or Both

For female candidates, the age limit is increased by 5 years for all positions.
