Applications not submitted within the deadline, not meeting the minimum qualifications, missing required details or fees, or found to be legally disqualified will not be accepted.

For foreign academic qualifications, an equivalency certificate is mandatory.

Priority will be given to local applicants. Applicants from targeted communities must submit a certified recommendation from the respective District Administration Office.

If necessary, a shortlist may be published, and only shortlisted candidates will be allowed to sit for the examination.
