Radisson Hotel Kathmandu is a leading 5-Star Hotel in Nepal, owned by Oriental Hotels Ltd. and a franchisee of Radisson Hotel & Resorts, which is wholly owned by its parent company Radisson Hotels Group.
1. Position: Sales Manager - 01
Candidate should be responsible to manage the individual sales target of the hotel. develop and implement strategies for achieving sales goals. Sound in reporting, computer, and user knowledge of a sales-CRM system.
Educational Qualification: MBA/Bachelor's degree preferably DIM with 2/3 years of experience in 4/5 stars' hotel in similar role.
2. Position: Sous Chef (Western Multi Cuisine/Chinese Asian - 02
Candidate should be able to manage the kitchen production independently as well as the overall administrative aspects and solid food preparation in respective cuisine from conception to execution.
Educational Qualification: BHM or Diploma with a minimum of 2/3 years or 5/6 years of experience in a similar role will be given preference.
3. Position: Sales Executive - 01
Candidates should have pleasant personality with good communication skill and aggressive sales and marketing abilities are encouraged to apply for the position of sales executive. The candidate should be 3 years' hotel management graduate or MBA, resourceful and have sound computer knowledge with minimum 2 years of working experience in 4/5 stars' hotel.
4. Position: Graphics Artist - 01
The job involves full control of the managerial and practical knowledge of design and produce marketing materials, advertisement, collateral, signage, flash pieces, electronic brochures and presentation that reflect the brand's image and style in order to drive hotel revenue. Goad communication in English with proven leadership quality is des Ted. Preference will be given to the candidates having 4/5 years of experience in II 111 ilar capacity with a diploma horn a recognized institute or equivalent.
5. Position: Executive Secretary to GM - 01
The young energetic candidate having pleasant personality with good communication skills who manage and administer the activities of GM office in accordance with policies and procedure of hotel. She should be OHM graduate and have sound computer knowledge with some experience in hotel industry.
Position: F & B Associate -03
Candidate should have a pleasant personality with good communication skills with BHM degree who have done industrial training in MR Service Department.
