Radisson Hotel Kathmandu is a leading 5 Star Hotel in Nepal, owned by Oriental Hotels Ltd. and a franchisee of Radisson Hotel & Resorts, which is wholly owned by Its parent company Radisson Hotels Group.
Position: Executive Chef - 01
The job involves full control of the managerial and practical running of the food production, must maintaining the consistency and standard of all different cuisines and menu planning, presentation of new items, and development of items for future menus and promotions.
- The candidates should have a thorough knowledge of different cuisines.
- Minimum 07/10 years of experience in a similar position with an international chain hotel.
- A diploma/degree from a recognized institute/university is required.
Position: Executive Housekeeper -01
- The candidate should be responsible to supervise and coordinate the activities of room attendants, public area cleaners, gardeners, and floor supervisors.
- He/She shall carry out planning and budgeting and assists in managing and directing day-to-day operations of all housekeeping and laundry functions.
- Preferably BTIM with 2-3 years experience in a similar role or diploma with international exposure of 7 to 10 yews experience in 4/5 star branded hotels in a similar role.
Position: Restaurant & Lounge Executive (Male) -02
- BHM or equivalent with 5 years of experience in the Food and Beverage Department at the Managerial Level.
- Candidate should be proficient in written/spoken English and computer literate.
- The candidate who is able to communicate with people of different nationalities and cultures will be given priority.
