Rampur Hospital Notice Regarding Staff Recruitment on Contract Service

According to the approved annual programme of Rampur Hospital, Palpa for the fiscal year 2082/083, applications are invited from qualified and interested Nepali citizens to fill the following vacant and urgently required positions under the Hospital Development Committee Contract and Programme Contract.

The recruitment process will follow the Lumbini Province Contract Employee Management Procedure, 2080 (with amendments). Applications must be submitted within ten (10) days from the date of publication of this notice. Incomplete or improperly submitted applications will not be considered.

1-2082/83 – Medical Officer (Level 8)

• Qualification: Passed MBBS from a government-recognized educational institution and registered with the concerned council.

2-2082/83 – Lab Technologist (Level 7)

• Qualification: Passed BMLT from a government-recognized educational institution and registered with the concerned council.

• No. of Positions: 2

3-2082/83 – Staff Nurse (Level 5)

• Qualification: Passed Proficiency Certificate Level or equivalent in Nursing from a government-recognized educational institution and registered with the concerned council.

4-2082/83 – Radiographer (Level 5)

• Qualification: Passed Proficiency Certificate Level or equivalent in Radiography from a government-recognized educational institution and registered with the concerned council.

• Qualification: Passed Lab Assistant course from a government-recognized educational institution and registered with the concerned council.

• Qualification: Passed Proficiency Certificate Level or equivalent from a government-recognized educational institution and completed basic computer training.

Application Process

1. Method and Place of Submission: Applications can be submitted to the Administration Section of Rampur Hospital or downloaded from the Ministry of Health, Lumbini Province website (mohp.lumbini.gov.np) and submitted to the hospital administration with the required documents.

2. Documents to be Attached:

   • Personal details of the applicant

   • Certified copies of educational qualification certificates

   • Copy of Nepali citizenship certificate

   • Certified copies of experience and training certificates (if applicable)

   • Certified copy of registration certificate from the concerned council (for relevant positions)

   • Active mobile number must be mentioned clearly.

3. Application Fee:

   • Medical Officer and Lab Technologist: NPR 1,000 (in words: One Thousand Rupees only)

   • Staff Nurse and Radiographer: NPR 500 (in words: Five Hundred Rupees only)

   • Lab Assistant and Assistant Computer Operator: NPR 400 (in words: Four Hundred Rupees only)

4. Deadline for Application Submission: Within office hours by 2082/07/23. (If the last date falls on a public holiday, the next working day within office hours will be valid. Applications submitted after office hours will not be accepted.)

5. Application Fee Payment Method and Place: The original bank voucher must be submitted along with the application. The amount should be deposited in the following account:

6. Selection Criteria: Shortlisting and interview will be conducted according to the Lumbini Province Contract Employee Management Procedure, 2080 (with amendments). (A practical examination may also be conducted for the Assistant Computer Operator position.)

7. Age Limit: As per the Lumbini Province Civil Service Act, 2080.

8. Job Responsibilities: As related to the respective service group or as assigned by the hospital.

9. Salary and Benefits: As determined by Rampur Hospital.
