- Minimum Master Degree in Management/English ( M.Phill/Ph.D is highly preferable)
- Minimum 5 years of working experience as a Principal in any reputed secondary English Medium School along with 7 years of teaching experience.
- Age not more than 45 years will be preferred with a proven moral record.
- The candidate must have a successful track record in the overall management of a privately run school.
- The candidate must be capable of managing all the aspects i.e academic, administration, and daily operations of the institution.
- The candidate must be proficient in English( both speaking and writing), excellent communication skills, and sound leadership capacity.
- The candidate must be proficient in computer skills.
- The candidate must be able to plan and set specific targets for the continuous growth of the institution.
- The candidate must be able to implement the best practices with modern Pedagogy.
- The candidate must initiate innovative methods to enhance creativity and critical thinking aspects among the students.
- The candidate must have a strong desire to associate with the institution for at least a period of 5 years.
