1. 0fficer, Girls' Education Program — Kathmandu —1
The Officer, Girls' Education Program (GEPO) will be responsible for supporting Manager, GEP (GEPM) in overseeing the direction and technical quality of RtR Nepal's Girls' Education Program, ensuring the Nepal GEP team is prepared to implement contextualized program content with quality. This member will visit field to directly support and will build the capacity of the GEP field team through training facilitation.
The key selection criteria are:
- Bachelor's Degree in Education, Development/ Gender Studies, Social Science or relevant fields
- Four years of proven experience in the field of girls' education/ girls related program or any other related education projects.
- Has an understanding of life skills education, community mobilization and mentoring/ counselling
