Sanima Reliance Life Insurance Limited is seeking a dynamic, result-oriented, and self-motivated candidate for the following position:

Position: Business Analyst

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience: 2-3 Years

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with management to understand information needs for strategic decision-making.
• Develop and maintain Management Information Systems (MIS).
• Generate reports and dashboards to present information to decision-makers.
• Conduct competitor analysis including industry trends and benchmarks.
• Gather market intelligence.
• Collaborate in the budgeting and business target-setting processes.
• Monitor and track performance metrics to assess company performance.
• Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel skills to create and analyze MIS workbooks.
• Collaborate with IT teams to develop and maintain MIS Software and application.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MIS tools.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
