Save the Children announces the vacancy of the senior most Human Resource position in Nepal. Reporting to the Country Director and a member of the Senior management team, the HR and min Director provides leadership and strategic direction to a large and diverse team. This is your chance to join an experienced development and relief global organization. Position: Human Resource and Administration Director

Term & Location: Fixed-term based in Kathmandu.

Brief Description: Responsible for providing strategic direction on HR management; ensuring the implementation of the HR policies and best practice consistent with Save the Children and compliant with local labor regulations.; Oversees all of the administrative staff and makes sure that policies are in place to ensure that the administrative functions of the organization run smoothly.

Eligibility: Master in Human resource/ development/ management or equivalent degree with 10 years (7 years for GSI group*) of experience on management and leadership in INGOs or in development organizations in the development of HR strategies and policy procedures.

*GSI group includes Female, Dalit, Madhesi, People with Disabilities and other indigenous/minorities
