Brief Description:
lead the rollout of MEAL approach and establish MEAL system at NGOs as well as project-level under MFWFO field office; will provide technical support for program planning, develop, or improve tools and methodologies for monitoring and research, and continually monitor program activities to ensure the quality of program delivery, and track results to ensure that the program is impact-focused.
Eligibility: Master's degree in social science, statistics, health, and other relevant fields with a minimum of 5 years (3 years for GS group*) of experience in monitoring, evaluation, and/or relevant field. Preferably with I/NGOs.
