Shahid Gangalal National Heart Center, Bansbari, Kathmandu, Open and Inclusive Competitive Examination Notice. As per the approval of the Public Service Commission, applications are invited from eligible Nepali citizens to fill vacant posts in the technical and administrative service groups through open and inclusive competitive examinations.

Candidates who meet the prescribed minimum qualifications must apply through the online application system available at www.sgnhc.org.np.

The written examinations will be conducted by the Public Service Commission.

Age Limit (as of final submission date)

• Administrative posts (Assistant level): 18–35 years

• Technical posts (Assistant level): 18 years minimum

• Technical posts (Officer level): 21–45 years

Exam Fee Payment Methods

• Through Connect IPS, Prabhu Pay, IME Pay, Mobile Banking, or Internet Banking

• Application will be rejected if the required amount is not deposited

• For each inclusive category applied, an additional 25% of the base exam fee applies

• Failure to pay the exam fee or double fee within the timeline will result in disqualification

Special Instructions for Inclusive Candidates

  • If designated institutions are specified by gazette notice, the certificate must be issued by them

  • If not specified, the local authority's recommendation approved by the Chief District Officer is required

Special Legal Clause

• Recruitment will be carried out as per the Supreme Court’s directive in Writ No. 078-WO-0660, dated 2079/10/24, once legal provisions are in place

Important Notes

• All competitive exams for different service categories (open and inclusive) will be conducted together in a single sitting

• Candidates requiring work experience must have completed the required service duration by the final date of application

• The extended deadline (double fee) will not be considered for calculating eligibility regarding age, qualification, or experience

• Applications missing minimum qualification, incomplete documentation, or unpaid exam fee by the deadline will be rejected

• Council registration must be valid as of the final application date

• The concerned authority in Nepal must recognize qualifications obtained from foreign institutions

• Only black ink must be used during written exams; failure to do so will result in answer sheets being invalidated
