No.	Qualification	Experience
1	M.E. or B.E. in Civil	1.Minimum 15 years' experience on hilly-road construction as an independent In-charge, in engineering & construction company 2. Must have knowledge of road construction using blasting materials 3. Should have strong abilities in executive leadership, team leadership, and passion for result 4. Must have knowledge in construction planning, scheduling and monitoring of ICB projects
1	B.E.	1. Minimum 5 years' experience in hilly-structural road design. 2. Must have knowledge in geotechnical engineering
2+2	Diploma in Civil Engineering	Experience in rate analysis, costing & estimation of hilly roads 2. Preparation of running bills etc/At least 3 years' experience in the surveying of hilly roads.
2	Mechanical background	At least 5 years' experience in a similar role
2	Completion of vocational training in automobile fiel	Experience in repair and maintenance of vehicles, construction equipment and machinery
2	Public health/nursing background	At least 2 years' experience in a similar field
