Siraha Provincial Hospital Vacancy
Under the Government of Madhesh Province, Ministry of Health and Population, Health Directorate, Provincial Hospital Siraha has invited applications to fill doctor and health worker positions on a service contract basis until the end of Ashar of FY 2082/083.
As per the notice first published on 2083/02/07, interested Nepali citizens who meet the required qualifications must submit their applications properly within 15 days from the date of publication of the notice.
The hospital has stated that applications not submitted as required will not be processed.

The application form must be obtained from the Administration Section of Provincial Hospital Siraha or from www.sirahahospital.p2.gov.np, filled out properly, and submitted to the Administration Section.
For Assistant Level Fourth and Fifth Level posts, applicants must have completed 18 years of age and must not exceed 35 years in the case of men and 40 years in the case of women by the final application deadline. For Officer Level posts, applicants must have completed 21 years of age and must not exceed 40 years.
The examination fee has been fixed at Rs. 1,200 for Ninth Level, Rs. 1,000 for Eighth Level, and Rs. 600 for Fourth and Fifth Level. The original voucher of the amount deposited at Rastriya Banijya Bank under Hospital Office Code 37005516042 and Revenue Head No. 14229 must be submitted with the application. Applicants applying for more than one advertisement number must pay a separate revenue fee for each advertisement.
There will be a written examination and interview for Fourth, Fifth, and Eighth Level posts. The notice states that only an interview will be conducted for Ninth Level posts.

Among the applications received properly, the list of approved applications and the notice regarding the examination date will be published on the notice board of Provincial Hospital Siraha and on the website www.sirahahospital.p2.gov.np. Service facilities will be as per the rules of the Government of Madhesh Province.
Applicants must self-attest and submit copies of academic certificates from SLC/SEE to the minimum required qualification, a copy of citizenship certificate, and copies of registration and renewal certificates from the concerned council.
Other conditions state that the applicant must not have been dismissed from service in a way that would make them ineligible for government service in the future, must not be disqualified under prevailing law, and matters not mentioned in the notice will be governed by prevailing law.
