Notice for Staff Recruitment on Contract Basis – Sirijangha Rural Municipality

Sirijangha Rural Municipality, Office of the Rural Executive (Secretariat of the Recruitment Committee), Tellok, Taplejung, Koshi Province, Nepal.

This notice has been issued to inform all concerned that staff are to be appointed on a contract basis for the following positions at Sirijangha Rural Municipality. Applications were previously requested from the Province Public Service Commission, Biratnagar. However, due to unavailability of candidates from the alternative or temporary merit list, qualified Nepali citizens are now invited to apply within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of this notice.

Applicants must submit their applications along with the application fee deposit voucher to the office of the Rural Executive at Tellok, Taplejung. The fee should be deposited in the Nepal Bank, Sirijangha Branch, revenue account number 26103000010010000001 (Title No. 14224).

Minimum Qualifications

For Medical Officer, Staff Nurse, Radiographer, ANM, AHW:

• Must be between 18 and 40 years old by the final date of application

• Minimum educational qualification as prescribed by Public Service Commission from a recognized university or institution

• Must be registered and renewed with the relevant council

• Must not have been dismissed in a way that disqualifies from future government service

• Must be a Nepali citizen

• Must not be disqualified as per prevailing laws

For Employment Assistant:

• Must be between 18 and 45 years old by the final date of application

• Passed at least the Proficiency Certificate Level from a recognized institution

• No disqualification from future government service due to prior dismissal

• No criminal conviction involving moral turpitude

• Must be a Nepali citizen

• Must not be disqualified as per prevailing laws

• Must have completed at least 3 months of basic computer training

Types of Examination

• For Medical Officer, Staff Nurse, Radiographer, ANM, and AHW: Candidates will be selected as per the Staff Management Procedure, 2074 of Sirijangha Rural Municipality.

• For Employment Assistant: Selection will be based on the Technical Assistant and Employment Assistant Recruitment Standards, 2078 for local levels.

Documents Required:

• Copy of academic qualification certificates

• Copy of Nepali citizenship certificate

• 3 recent passport-size photographs

• Copy of experience certificate (if applicable)
