Position: Human Resources Manager (One)
Requirements:
- Must be graduate and/or with specialized qualification related to the position, with a minimum of 3 years of work experience as a Department Head in Human Resources in a reputed organization.
Preference will be given to those candidates who have prior experience in the Hotel Industry.
Age: 25 years & above.
Knowledge/Abilities:
Human Resources Manager programs such as recruiting/employment, compensation, benefits, worker's compensation, employee relations, employee recognition programs, and training for hotel employees. Ensure policy compliance, support the Company's initiatives, and promote a positive employee culture. Maintain confidentiality to the extent possible in all HR-related matters.
