Nepal Eye Program (NEP), Tilganga Institute of Ophthalmology (TIO), a centre of excellence in comprehensive eye care service delivery including training; research; intraocular lens manufacturing facility; eye bank, and community program is currently looking for qualified Nepali candidates to apply for following position on time bound which is renewable thereafter subject to satisfactory performance.
1. Position: Senior Manager- Human Resource
Level: 10
Number of Requirements: One
- Master's degree and 8 years experience in a related field
Preference shall be given to
- Specialization in HR and good motivator and trainer in soft skills.
- experienced as HR manager in health care sector/Corporate and managing 500 plus employee
- In-depth knowledge of Labour Law and HR best practices
