Minimum Qualification

Master’s degree or equivalent in Management from a recognized educational institution.

Age should be between 21 and 50 years (not exceeding 50 years).

Minimum of 7 years of work experience in banks and financial institutions.

At least 5 years of experience in a managerial position.

Ability to draft policies, procedures, guidelines, plan development, implementation, and analytical capacity.

Good knowledge of internet and computer applications.

Willingness to serve in the microfinance sector with a clean and high moral character.

Female candidates will receive an additional 5 years’ age relaxation beyond the upper age limit.
