1. Regional Head- Biratnagar Regional Office -1

Job Summary: 

Ensure smooth operations of the regional office in every aspect and lead the team effectively. 

Qualification and Requirements: 

• Master's Degree in any stream with 5 years of relevant work experience at Sr. Officer Level or above in the media industry/marketing/ advertising or in business development.
• Sound knowledge of media industry is a must.
• Age should not exceed 50 as of August 7, 2018.
• Good understanding of day to day operations in the media industry.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to maintain effective working relations with colleagues and clients alike. 

2. Position: Head- Research Department – 1

Job Summary:

This department consists of Customer Service Unit and MIS Unit. Providing substantial data and research findings to the concerned department are the main responsibility of the position. 

Qualification and Requirements:

• Master's Degree in Management with 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Sound knowledge of data analytics with good power point presentation skills.
• Superior Oral and written communications skills in English.
• Good understanding of the marketing/ advertising and customer service.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to maintain effective working relations with people. 

3. Position: Sr. Executive - Human Resources -1

Job Summary: 

This position directly assists and supports HR Manager to implement various HR policies, ensure smooth operations of the department and provide various employee supports. 

Qualification and Requirements: 

• Master's Degree in Management with concentration in Human Resources and 3 years of relevant work experience in Officer Level.
• Sound knowledge of legal compliances.
• Superior Oral and written communications skills in English and Nepali Language with Nepali Typing Skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to maintain effective working relations with people. 

4. Position: Sr. Executive - General Administration -1 

Job Summary: 

This position directly assists and supports HOD to ensure smooth operations of the department and lead the team to achieve departmental objectives. 

Qualification and Requirements: 

• Master's Degree in any stream with 3 years of relevant work experience in Officer Level.
• Liaison with government offices.
• Sound knowledge of administrative works and liaison with government offices such as
• District Administration, Information Department and Malpot office.
• Good report writing skills with good oral and written communications in English and Nepali language with sound Nepali typing skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and team player. 

5. Position: Executive - Corporate Operations -1

Job Summary:

This position directly assists and supports Corporate Manager to ensure smooth operations of the department; internally and externally.

Qualification and Requirements: 

• Sound knowledge of media marketing and advertising.
• Good report writing and presentation skills with excellent oral and written communications in English and Nepali language.
• Good interpersonal skills and team player.
• Ability to work in odd schedules.
